A Biomechanics assessment is an investigation into your lower limb function – looking closely for abnormalities and compensations. I can look closely into the underlying possible causes of heel pain, knee pain and even back pain.


Once I have identified the causes of your problems I can develop a tailor made treatment plan to improve your symptoms.

Chronic pain is described as pain which has been present for 3 to 6 weeks. A Chronic Pain Assessment is a combination of a verbal assessment and physical assessment. The aim of the assessment is to establish the effect the pain has  on the client and to tailor a self-management programme to reduce the effects of the pain.

This assessment looks primarily at the back/spine and what effect it has on the rest of your body. By correcting the way we sit/stand we can reduce shoulder pain, hip pain etc.

A Sports Injury Assessment is designed to assess all sports injuries to establish the cause and severity. Once this has been established we can then discuss the best form of treatment to ensure you return to your sport as soon as possible.


£25 for approximately 30 minutes

Once the true cause of your injury has been established, you will be offered various different treatment methods.  The rehabilitation process will depend on the nature of the injury and the age of the injury.  In general, injury rehabilitation will consist of education, massage therapy, electrotherapy, holistic therapies and a home exercise program.
